Seung Hyun Kim practices primarily in criminal defense (investigations). He also advises clients on issues relating to trade secrets and protection of proprietary information, occupational safety and serious accidents.

Before joining Lee & Ko in 2022, Mr. Kim worked at the National Police Agency for 19 years where be built up a solid career in criminal investigation.

While serving as an active police officer, he has handled white collar crime investigation, financial, cyber crime, violent crime, organized crime, drugs and serious accidents at Special Investigation Division of the National Police Agency and at the police agencies in Seoul and greater metropolitan area.

He also served as a Prosecutor at the Corruption Investigation Office for High-ranking Officials.
