Choonwhan Bae is an expert in the fields of broadcasting and media. Previously, he worked at Korea Cable Broadcasting Commission and Korea Broadcasting Commission and. He has extensive work experience in the fields of telecommunication, IT and platforms, and served at Korea Communications Commission as Director of Consumer Policy Coordination Division and Acting Director General of Broadcasting Infrastructure Bureau. Moreover, as Assistant Secretary of the President and Associate Fellow of Korea Information Society Development Institute, he has researched and reviewed related inter-disciplinary fields and implemented various policies. After 26 years of public service in the broadcasting and telecommunication fields, he joined Lee & Ko as Senior Advisor in 2022 and is a member of the Firm’s Government Affairs Team and TMT Team.
