Min Seok SI

Min Seok Si joined Lee & Ko in 2022 after serving for nearly 30 years at the Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL). At Lee & Ko, he is Co-head of ESG Center and oversees the social and governance area of our ESG practice. He is an expert in resolving industrial labor relation disputes, especially disputes relating to individual employment relation and collective labor relation, human resource development and consultation among stakeholders.
