Eun young Shin is a partner in both Real Estate Practice Groups and Corporate Practice Groups.
Ms. Shin has advised clients on a broad range of matters relating to real estate such as the sale and purchase of large-scale commercial buildings (including KB Bank Myungdong office building, KEB Hana Bank Euljiro Main Office building and Samsung C&T Corporation office building in Kangnam), major real estate development projects, the sale & lease back of large-scale distribution facilities such marts and department stores, lease agreements for renting stores for famous brands, and other real estate transactions for hotels, resorts, logistics centers, plants, and industrial complex.
Her practice area also extends to M&A transactions, establishment of joint venture companies, facilitation of foreign investment, business transfer including the merger between hotels and resorts, vertical spin-off of hotels and their affiliate companies.
