Sang Hoon Kim is a partner in the Tax Group. His practice primarily focuses on the areas of M&A, Real Estate, Finance, International and Corporate Tax matters, in addition to Tax Litigation and Civil Litigation involving Accounting. Prior to joining Lee & Ko in 2007, he worked as a Certified Public Accountant for Samil Accounting Corporation (PWC) and Woori Accounting Corporation.
At Lee & Ko, Mr. Kim has handled numerous M&A deals, division and other corporate matters. He has obtained significant experience in the areas of M&A, International and Corporate Tax. He strives to consistently provide optimal results for his clients in in Tax and Civil Litigations.
Mr. Kim received his B.A. in Business Administration from Korea University's College of Business and Economics in 1999. In 2007, he completed his legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea and was admitted to the Korean Bar.
From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Kim served on the Committee for Review of Adequacy of Tax Imposition for the Jungbu District Tax Office.
