• Advising a Chinese affiliate on the acquisition of a Korean solar power generation company and its market entry into the Korean solar farm development market.

• Advising Stonepeak with respect to its first Korean solar farm development, a separate Shinan-gun solar farm and its market entry into the Korean offshore wind farm development market.

• Advising Northland Power with respect to their ongoing investments in Korean offshore wind farm developments.

• Advising foreign energy companies with respect to the initial entry into the Korean market and ongoing sourcing and joint development of renewable projects in Korea.

• Outbound equity investment in portfolio of battery energy storage system (BESS) in UK

• Outbound investment in Upper Trishuli-1 Hydroelectric Power Plant (216MW) in Nepal
