• Advising Stonepeak with respect to its first Korean solar farm development, a separate Shinan-gun solar farm and its market entry into the Korean offshore wind farm development market.

• Advising Northland Power with respect to their ongoing investments in Korean offshore wind farm developments.

• Advising foreign energy companies with respect to the initial entry into the Korean market and ongoing sourcing and joint development of renewable projects in Korea.

• LP investments into numerous limited partnership vehicles such as Brookfield Global Transition Fund GP, L.P., KKR Diversified Core Infrastructure Fund SCSp, EIG Condor Co-Investment, L.P., etc.
