李享根律师作为食品、制药、医疗器械等健康用品团队负责人，负责对健康用品产业的投资、认证、许可、合规等领域的业务。李律师自1994年加入广场律师事务所以来，还作为公司并购团队的主要合伙人，参与了诸多公司并购、外商投资、公司重组、合资等领域的业务，是公司重组和收购·兼并领域的专家。
