As a member of the Banking & Finance Practice Group, Joon Tae Park assists clients with a broad range of concerns relating to finance and investment transactions, including (among other things) cross-border investment transactions, acquisition finance, capital markets regulations, corporate finance and real estate investments. Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Park served as in-house counsel for Mirae Asset Global Investment Co., Ltd., where he acquired practical experience working on various asset-management related matters including alternative investments. Mr. Park received his J.D. from Hanyang University and was admitted to the Korean Bar in 2016.
