韩尚勋律师是国际仲裁专业律师，在人事劳动、企业并购、一般性企业贸易及外商投资领域也拥有丰富的工作经验。韩律师在ICSID、ICC、LCIA、SIAC及大韩商事仲裁院等进行的仲裁案件中代理过韩国及外国客户，并办理过从公司设立开始到运营、重组及解散的全部过程中的公司运营及控股结构相关业务.

- 共同代理以韩国作为对方当事人的5兆500亿韩元国模的投资者-国家纠纷ICSID仲裁案件（系首例起诉韩国的投资者-国家纠纷，也是ICSID仲裁史上最大规模的纠纷）
- 为全球最大的造船公司之一代理以卢森堡公司作为对方当事人的SIAC仲裁案件
- 为新加波煤炭公司代理以韩国发电公司作为对方当事人的大韩商事仲裁院案件
- 为韩国建设公司代理以哈萨克斯坦政府为对方当事人的ICC仲裁案件
