李汉琼律师从2004年开始在金融监督院的企业公示局等部门担任金融监督相关的业务，并于2009年加入广场律师事务所以来，主要从事韩国产业银行、国民银行等主要金融机构资产流动化等结构化金融的咨询工作。目前，凭借其在金融监督机构的实务经验，负责结构化金融、收购金融、私募投资等企业金融领域的业务外，还负责金融规制和法规遵守、资本市场规制相关领域的咨询工作。
