Gidon Nam is a foreign legal consultant, whose practice primarily focuses on maritime & shipping, aviation and insurance. Prior to joining Lee & Ko in 2014, he practiced in New York and Hong Kong where he handled various commercial law matters, including cross-border project financing, M&A transactions, energy infrastructure projects and banking.
