Jeong Yoon CHOI is a Partner in the Antitrust & Competition Group. Since joining Lee &Ko in 2012, she has focused her practice in the areas of Antitrust & Competition, M&A and general Corporate matters.
After receiving her LL.B. in 2007 from Seoul National University College of Law, Ms. Choi obtained her LL.M. from Seoul National University, Graduate School of Law, where she majored in Administrative Law in 2009. In 2012 she received her J.D. from Seoul National University, School of Law and was admitted to the Korean Bar.

- Represented SI in an unfair inter-affiliate support case
- Responded to written fact-finding inquiry of the subcontracting practices of companies
- Reviewed and advised corporate antitrust compliance programs for large conglomerates
- Conducted mock dawn raids on multinational corporations
- Advised multinational corporations on franchise law cases
- Handled antitrust cases involving unfair trade practices, franchise laws, subcontracting laws, distribution laws, and fair advertising laws
