Han Jae Lee is a partner in the White Collar Crime Group. His practice primarily focuses on white collar criminal defense and investigations. He also handles matters in Litigation, Anti-Corruption & Regulatory Compliance and Unfair Competition & Trade Secret Protection.
Prior to joining Lee & Ko in 2010, Mr. Lee worked as an Inspector of the National Police Agency for close to seven years. As an Inspector, he dealt with a number of criminal investigation cases and public safety & security issues. He received several awards for his work, including an award from the Chief of the National Police Agency.
Mr. Lee holds a B.A. in law from the Korea National Police University College of Law. He completed his legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of Supreme Court of Korea and was admitted to the Korean Bar in 2010.
