Taehee Gong is an attorney at Lee & Ko. Drawing on her extensive experience as a prosecutorial investigator and judicial researcher, Ms. Gong advises and represents clients in a wide range of criminal and regulatory matters, including corporate criminal investigations, financial and securities-related criminal matters, trade secret and unfair competition cases, regulatory investigations, and criminal risk management.

Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Ms. Gong handled numerous criminal investigations at the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office, Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors’ Office, Cheongju District Prosecutors’ Office, and Seoul Northern District Prosecutors’ Office. She also served as a judicial researcher at the Seoul Eastern District Court and the Seoul High Court, where she gained substantial experience in civil, family, and criminal proceedings.
