Yunhwan Lee is a competition law specialist whose practice covers a broad range of domestic and cross-border antitrust and competition matters. He advises and represents clients in matters involving cartels and other collusive conduct, unfair trade practices, unfair support transactions, merger control, and abuse of market dominance under Korean competition law.

Mr. Lee also has extensive experience advising clients on regulatory compliance, investigations, and disputes arising under the Fair Agency Transactions Act, the Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising, and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
