Jason (Yongjun) Kim is a foreign attorney in Lee & Ko’s Banking and Finance Group. He specializes in advising domestic and foreign investors on a wide range of cross-border real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions, development projects, real estate and project finance.

Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Kim practiced at leading U.S. law firms in their Boston, New York, and Tokyo offices, where he handled a wide range of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing matters.
