Seungwon Oh is a member of Lee & Ko’s Antitrust & Competition Practice Group. She advises clients on a broad range of antitrust and competition matters, including abuse of market dominance, cartels, unfair trade practices, and merger control filings. She also assists clients in responding to investigations by the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) and represents clients in antitrust-related disputes and litigation.
