Won Bog Kang is a certified labor consultant specializing in labor, employment, and occupational safety and health (serious accident) matters, with nearly 29 years of extensive experience in labor and employment, honed through his tenure as a labor inspector and investigation officer at the headquarters and regional offices of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, as well as the National Labor Relations Commission.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kang handled a wide range of matters, including collective labor-management relations, such as collective bargaining and agreements, workplace inspections related to employee dispatch and discrimination against non-regular employees, and unfair labor practice and workplace harassment cases involving violations of the Trade Union and Labor Relations Adjustment Act. He also performed adjudication and mediation duties at the National Labor Relations Commission and oversaw occupational safety and health compliance, including investigations into serious workplace accidents. Drawing on his diverse field experience, he currently advises clients within Lee & Ko’s Labor & Employment Team, with a primary emphasis on individual and collective labor-management relations, occupational safety and health, and serious accident cases.
