Tai Han Ha has dedicated more than two decades to judicial service across Korea’s major courts, including the Supreme Court, Seoul Central District Court, Daejeon District Court, and most recently, the Seoul High Court in 2025. During his distinguished tenure on the bench, he presided over a broad array of cases spanning civil, criminal, administrative, labor, and bankruptcy matters. Drawing on his deep judicial insight and extensive courtroom experience, Mr. Ha now represents corporate and individual clients in high stake white-collar matters, including capital market violations, occupational breach of trust and embezzlement. His practice also encompasses administrative litigation involving environmental regulations, public health, urban planning, and expropriation of land, as well as a broad range of civil disputes related to financial transactions, construction and real estate, and personal information protection.
