Jaeyoung Park has been advising leading domestic and foreign chemical and biological companies, as well as government-funded research institutes, on their intellectual property rights, such as on applications and trials, since 2016. He has primarily focused on protecting clients’ inventions in various fields such as secondary batteries, OLEDs, polymers, petrochemicals, bio, food, paints, cosmetics, and automobile parts. He has additionally carried out patent work involving the development of patents for the nation's leading secondary battery company, and in the process, carried out various IP works, such as patent risk analyses, freedom to operate analyses, technology trend analyses, patent purchases and licensing reviews, and patent validity/invalidity reviews.

Jaeyoung Park joined Lee & Ko IP in 2024 and is in charge of the intellectual property rights of domestic and foreign companies in areas such as developing IP portfolios, patent applications, trials, lawsuits, and licensing.
