Lee & Ko provided legal advice in South Korea’s top mobile carrier SK Telecom’s acquisition of SK Infosec, a security solution provider, through a stock swap. All shares of SK Infosec were transferred to SK Telecom from SK Holdings through a stock swap agreement.
