On July 2018, Lee & Ko was requested to advise the Ministry of Unification on North Korea sanctions guideline related to Kaesong Industrial Complex and reviewed the United Nations sanctions on North Korea and the U.S. sanctions related to recommencement of Kaesong Industrial Complex
