Around May 2018, attorney Hyung Sub Lim attended as a member of legal advisory committee at the ‘Unification Legislative Affairs Committee’ meeting hosted by the Ministry of Unification and advised on regularization of South-North Dialogue, South-North Agreement, the necessity of revising the law in accordance with the development of South-North Korean relations following an increasing likelihood of establishment of resident representative office in North Korea, and provided advice on the legal and institutional arrangements from various aspects such that the South-North Agreement could support further relationship development.
