Lee & Ko advised 8 Lotte group companies including Lotte Shopping Co. regarding their acquisition of Hyundai Logistics Co.’s common stocks and preemptive rights pursuant to the exercise of their call option. The deal value amounted to KRW 520 billion, and the transaction was closed on November 30th, 2016. The transaction is considered to be a strategic one to enhance Lotte Group’s logistics platform.
