Lee & Ko has advised Samsung BioLogics Co., Ltd. in its successful IPO on the KOPSI market of KRX in November 2016. This offering raised KRW 2,249,617,072,000 which is the second largest IPO in the KRX’s history and the largest IPO in non-financial company listed in KRX.
