Lee & Ko successfully advised Amicogen Co., Ltd. on its acquisition of a 51.5% interest in Shandong Lukang Record Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (“LKR”), a limited liability company conducting businesses involved in the development and sale of bio technology applied enzymes and pharmaceuticals. The outstanding 40% interest was sold by a major shareholder, Shandong Lukang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and 11.5% of new interest was issued by LKR, with a total transaction price of CNY 159,609,200. In these deals, Lee & Ko advised on all matters related to the execution and closing of the acquisition/ subscription agreements.
