In May 4, 2015, the corporate group of Tailim Packaging Industrial executed a restructuring whereby Jeong Dongsup and 11 others sold their shares in Tailim Packaging Industrial Co., Ltd and Dong Il Paper MFG. Co., Ltd to IMM ROSEGOLD 2 PRIVATE EQUITY FUND. The deal was valued at KRW 349,092,440,480.
