Acquisition of Halla Visteon Climate by the consortium of Hankook Tire and Han & Co.

Hankook Tire Co., Ltd ("Hankook Tire") (15.49%), together with Han& Co., Auto Holdings Co., Ltd. ("Han& Co., Auto Holdings") (50.5%), acquired 69.99% of the issued and outstanding shares of Halla Visteon Climate Control Corporation ("Halla Visteon") from VIHI, LLC. After the acquisition, Hankook Tire and Han& Co., Auto Holdings will participate in the management of Halla Visteon.
