Lee & Ko successfully obtained a dismissal of abuse of dominance charge against the largest movie theater chain in Korea. The KFTC had alleged that the chain had favored films distributed by its affiliate, in terms of the number of screens it showed the movies in and how long the movies were shown in the theaters.
