Hundreds of unit/allotment holders filed a class action lawsuit against a real estate sales company alleging that, unlike the sales advertisement, the shopping mall was not connected to subways. Plaintiffs demanded cancellation of the sales contract and refund of the purchase payment. This was a mega-case with the claim amount approximating 40 billion Korean Won.
