Performance of a “Fast Track” program and early termination of a rehabilitation proceeding of a construction company

In April 2013, Lee & Ko’s Insolvency and Restructuring Practice Group has successfully advised Company S, which the Seoul Central District Court applied the “Fast Track” program to, in a rehabilitation case. This case is meaningful because the rehabilitation plan was approved only within five months and the rehabilitation proceeding was terminated early (within six months from the date of the commencement of the rehabilitation proceeding).
