In this landmark transaction carried out to re-convey the operating rights of the Seoul subway line no. 9 to the city government, Lee & Ko represented the sellers which included Hyundai Rotem and 12 other companies. Highlights of Lee & Ko’s role included facilitating reconciliation of conflicting interests among the sellers, proposing optimal deal structure, and successfully completing the transaction on October, 2013.
