Lee & Ko successfully represented Korea Finance Corporation and the Export-Import Bank of Korea in the financing of KRW174 billion for STX's acquisition of a 100% interest in gas fields in the Maxhamish area of British Columbia, Canada from Encana Corporation, the largest natural gas company in Canada. Woo Young Jung was the partner in charge of the project while Hun Ko and Sung Keun Park took part in the structuring and negotiation of the financing agreements.
