Lee & Ko held a joint seminar on April 25, 2014 with Morgan Lewis, a foreign law firm internationally renowned for its work in the finance and private equity fund sectors. The seminar, which was held at Lee & Ko’s offices and included presentations on the Volcker Rule by attorneys from both Lee & Ko and Morgan Lewis, was well attended by approximately 70 persons from various companies, including both Korean and International banking institutions, investment banks, private equity firms, insurance companies, governmental agencies, etc. The attendees actively participated in a Q&A period following the key presentations. The highly favorable response from members of the financial business community underscores a particularly high level of interest in this topic.
