Lee & Ko Holds Antitrust & Competition Seminar

On May 9th and 10th, Lee & Ko held its semi-annual Antitrust & Competition seminar in the firm’s “Academia” conference room. This installment of the seminar series was mainly focused on anti-trust and fair-trade cases of the second half of 2015. 

Hwan Jeon and Min-Ho Lee, two of Lee & Ko’s leading anti-trust and fair-trade/competition law practitioners, delivered presentations titled, respectively, “Leading Cases Involving Issues of Wrongfully Acting in Concert” and “Leading Cases Involving Unfair Transactions and Other Related Issues.” Lee & Ko hosts these seminars on a regular basis to provide opportunities for clients to become more familiar with legal developments of practical relevance to their business activities and business planning. The firm has received much positive feedback from seminar attendees, who have found the presentations and Q&A sessions to be very helpful.
