The Bell reported on the legal advisory achievements of Lee & Ko in the areas of mergers, divisions, and joint ventures. The Bell stated, "Lee & Ko, having reclaimed the top position for the first time in eight years in the first quarter of this year, successfully maintained its position in Q3 as well due to securing major deals such as SK Energy's division of SK Enterm (KRW 948.7 billion) and EcoPro BM’s merger with EcoPro Global (KRW 623.7 billion)." The Bell also noted that Lee & Ko provided legal advisory services for other significant transactions, including Douzone Bizon’s merger with Douzone Holdings (KRW 269.1 billion) as well as the merger between Woori Asset Management and Woori Global Asset Management (KRW 220.3 billion).
