[Money Today] “Restricting Domestic Patient Services at Greenland International Medical Center is Justifiable”: The Reasoning Behind Reversal Led by Lee & Ko

On December 12, 2023, Money Today highlighted the award acceptance of Lee & Ko’s attorneys: Seon Tae Kim, Jin Wook Yang, Jin Young Kim, and Jong Han Yoon. At the 6th Korea Legal Awards co-hosted by Money Today, the Korean Bar Association, and the Korea In-House Counsel Association, this group of attorneys was honored with the grand prize for litigation in recognition of their handling of a case related to the revocation of the hospital’s conditional business permit to establish a foreign medical institution.
