On 5 July 2020, Lee & Ko’s International Arbitration Team was reported by the Korea Economic Daily as a team equipped with the competitiveness to respond to international commercial disputes, including those caused by supply delays and rescission of contracts which have been increasing due to the COVID-19 crisis.
According to the Korea Economic Daily, “Lee & Ko recently triumphed in a meaningful international arbitration case” where Lee & Ko “won an International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitration case representing a Korean electric vehicle company against an Indian state-operated company.”
