2020.06.12 Chosun-Ilbo has reported the first “KORCHAM Trade Forum” co-hosted by Lee & Ko Global Commerce Institute, for which the discussions of the global trade environment in the Post-COVID-19 era.
As the presenter of this forum, Mr. Choi from Lee & Ko said “each state has restricted the entrance of foreigners and provided subsidies to domestic enterprises as the response to COVID-19. The multilateralism has shrunk and the government intervention has been expanded due to these unilateral state actions.” Furthermore, he emphasized that “there is a high possibility of enlarged U.S.-China trade conflict in regard to the responsibility for COVID-19.”
