Dr. Dong Pyo Hong joined LEE & KO as an advisor on September 11, 2014. Before joining LEE & KO, Mr. Hong worked as an advisor for the B2B E-Commerce Policy Advisory Committee established by the Fair Trade Commission, and also as a competition policy advisor and evaluator of the Compliance Program of the Korea Fair Trade Committee. At LEE & KO, he has been engaged in economic analysis and advisory matters relating to matters such as business combinations, collusion, abuse of dominant market position and related damages actions.
