Mr. Jongwoon John Kwak, a US attorney as well as a certified US accountant who has expertise in international tax, joined Lee & Ko on November 1st, 2013. Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Kwak developed his career in KPMG, PWC and Ernst & Young. He has extensive experiences in advising international tax issues, overseas investment and international transactions for multinational entities. Mr. Kwak recently successfully led the FATCA project.
