Mr. Taek Rim Oh, an expert in Anti-corruption & Regulatory Compliance, joined Lee & Ko on October 1st, 2013. Mr. Oh has served as a public prosecutor for 14 years and worked in the Special Investigation Department of the Public Prosecutors’’ Office and the Central Investigation Department of the Supreme Public Prosecutors’ Office, which handle investigations and indictments of white collar crimes. In addition, he was on detached duty at the Korea Communications Commission as a legal advisor and worked for the Commission providing advices on legal issues related to broadcasting, communication, and IT. Mr. Oh is also well-versed in FCPA/Internal Investigation.
