Lee & Ko welcomed Mr. Taeck Soo Kim, a former Secretary General of the Constitutional Court of Korea (the “CCK”), on September 2, 2013. Completing his 18 years of practice as a judge, he first joined Lee & Ko in 2000 to engage in litigations regarding finance, real estate, construction, the Company Act, criminal and administrative matters. From 2007 to 2010, he served as a member of the Administrative Appeals Commission under the Prime Minister, and from May 2010 to June 13, served as Deputy Secretary General and Secretary General of the CCK. Since his return to Lee & Ko in September 2013, he has engaged in the respective litigation/consultations.
