Jin So joined LEE & KO on March 2, 2012. Previously, he worked as a public prosecutor for 16 years. He served in various prosecutor’s offices, including the Special Investigation Division of the Seoul District Prosecutor’s Office and the Central Investigation Division of the Supreme Prosecutor’s Office. He was in charge of cases regarding secret fund and accounting fraud as well as finance & tax related cases. Based on his vast experience, he is now part of LEE & KO’s Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group where he specializes in criminal defense, corruption prevention and compliance matters.
