Several former high ranking prosecutors have joined Lee & Ko’s Criminal Defense Team. The new attorneys include Messrs. K. S. Hong (former head of the Seoul High Prosecutor’s Office), Y. Sunwoo (former head of the Seoul Eastern District Prosecutor’s Office), C. J. Park (former head of the First Division of the Seoul Central Prosecutor’s Office), C. H. Suh (former senior prosecutor at the Seoul Central Prosecutor’s Officer), J. G. Jeong (former prosecutor at the Central Investigation Department at the Supreme Prosecutor’s Officer), T. Y. Lee (former prosecutor at the Busan Prosecutor’s Office), and I. G. Hwang (former prosecutor at the Seoul Western District Prosecutors Officer). The addition of these members increases Lee & Ko’s expertise in complex criminal litigation including white-collar criminal defense.
