Mr. Hee Jeu Kang, a partner in Lee & Ko’s Capital Markets Practice Group, was appointed on April 19, 2016 to serve as a member of the Disclosure Committee of the KRX (Korea Exchange). On April 18, 2016, he was also appointed to serve as a case law commentator for the Law Times, a prominent legal newspaper in Korea.
