Attorney Seon Tae Kim selected as ‘ALB Asia Top 15 Litigators 2022’

Lee & Ko’s attorney, Seon Tae Kim was selected as one of ‘Asia’s Top 15 Litigators’ by Asian Legal Business (ALB).

As a partner in the Litigation Group, Mr. Kim specializes in administrative litigation, financial disputes, construction/real estate-related disputes, as well as lawsuits and arbitration proceedings for trust-related disputes. Recently, Mr. Kim has successfully handled multiple high profile cases, including a class action lawsuit on the quality of 5G telecommunications service between mobile communication operators and subscribers, and a class action lawsuit between LH and the tenants of a 10-year public rental housing in Pangyo, and a litigation proceeding between Hyundai Heavy Industries and the Defense Acquisition Program Administration regarding the compensation for delay proceeding of combat support ships, as well as an indemnity insurance lawsuit between Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance and medical personnels.
