Tax Group, awarded the Tax Firm of the Year
Lee & Ko’s Tax Group has been establishing a reputation for its successful representation of clients in all proceedings related to tax, including not only the administrative proceedings but also the civil and criminal litigations. Attorney Pyoung Keun Song, awarded the Lawyer of the Year
Lee & Ko’s Pyoung Keun Song has been awarded the Lawyer of the Year, in recognition of his expertise and contribution. After serving as a judge for 17 years, he joined Lee & Ko and has since led many important cases as a litigation attorney, such as the administrative appeal to reverse the corrective measures imposed against Qualcomm for its abuse of market dominance, the shareholder derivative suit against the directors of Hyundai Elevator, and the criminal action related to the humidifier sterilizer. His areas of expertise include administrative lawsuits encompassing antitrust cases, finance and securities litigation, corporate litigation, and criminal actions.

Lee & Ko has been awarded the Matters of the Year - Impact Cases of the Year for its involvement in the Humidifier sterilizer case.
