Mr. Kwang Bae Park, a partner of the Data Protection & Privacy Team of Lee & Ko, was awarded from President Keun-hye Park the 2013 Presidential Award for Information Communications Merit in the “Scientific ? Information Communications Engineer Meeting” held by the Ministry of Science, the ICT and Future Planning on April 22. Mr. Park, having a reputation as the best attorney in the areas of broadcasting, communications and personal information, was acknowledged for his contribution to establishing a fair environment for the domestic broadcasting and communications by engaging in legal advice-, lawsuit- and research-related works and to improving the information communications industry based on his expert knowledge and experience. In the awarding speech, he stated that “As the attorney specializing in broadcasting, communications and personal information, I will continue to do my best to provide best quality legal advice.”
