정지우(丁芝雨)
IP Litigation
정지우 변리사는 미국, 유럽, 일본 등의 일류 다국적 기업들을 대리하여 상표 및 디자인 분야에서 출원, 무효와 침해 분석, 소송 등 다양한 IP 사건들을 수행하였으며, 국내의 유수 기업들이 국내 및 해외에서 상표를 보호받을 수 있도록 하는 등 폭넓은 경험을 가지고 있습니다.
특히 정지우 변리사는 2017년 정부헤드헌팅으로 민간인 최초 여성 심판관(개방형직위)으로 임용되어 심판관 및 심판장으로서 다수의 상표 심판 사건을 다루었고, 2019년 개방형직위 민간 우수임용자 표창을 수상하였습니다. 국제적으로는 한국 특허청과 EUIPO 심판원의 심판협력 벤치마킹 연구에 참여하여 심판 품질 제고, 주지 상표 보호 및 수요자 조사 방법 등에 관하여 발표하였고, 세계지식재산권기구(WIPO), 사법연수원 및 특허청이 주최하는 개도국 법관 대상 지식재산권 분쟁 교육을 맡아 진행하였습니다. 정지우 변리사는 2021년 특허법인 광장리앤고(Lee & Ko IP)에 합류하였으며, 상표 및 디자인 출원, 심판 사건 등의 책임을 맡고 있습니다.
